Thais has a proven track record as a senior executive, having successfully led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies of four Fortune 500 companies: Vinci, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cisco and Gilead.
She is currently the Founder and CEO of Déclic International and partners with global clients such as Pfizer, Ericsson, and Dyson.
Thais is also the author of the book “Succeed as an Inclusive Leader”.
